Please note: We are currently taking a short break. Returns received between 16 to 30 September will be processed on or after 1 October.
Returns Policy
- If you change your mind about an order, you are welcome to return your eligible item(s) within 28 days of the delivery date
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
- Please note that the following items are not eligible to be returned:
- Items with any signs of wear or received by us in otherwise unsaleable condition
- Body jewellery, earrings, and other pierced jewellery if the sealed hygiene bag has been opened or tampered with.
- Adjustable items that have been adjusted
- Any other items marked as non-returnable in the product description
- Any items returned outside the of the terms of this returns policy cannot be accepted. A re-shipping fee of £3.95 GBP UK/£6.95 GBP will be required to send your items back to you.
UK Returns Instructions
- UK customers can return for refund or an exchange for the same item in a different size.
- Fill in and enclose the returns form inside your order and post your items back to the address provided.
- We recommend reusing the mailing box your order arrived in. Please ensure the box is securely sealed or wrapped. A padded envelope may not be sufficient to protect your returned items, and we cannot accept returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot be responsible for returns that we do not receive or returns that are received damaged. It is advisable to keep your proof of postage receipt until your return has been processed.
International Returns Instructions
- International customers can return for refund only. If you require the item in a different size, please place a new order through the website.

IMPORTANT:
ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
MUST MARK THE 'RETURNED GOODS' BOX ON THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM.
DO NOT MARK THE PACKAGE AS GIFT, SALE OF GOODS, OTHER ETC.
If this is not done, we may be wrongly charged duties and taxes on your returned items and it will be necessary to deduct these fees from your refund. If you are unsure about these instructions, please ask for assistance at your post office.
