Your orders are being packaged by one person (myself), meaning that we are able to operate safely whilst adhering to social distancing. The collection of our packages by Royal Mail is now contactless.

We are unable to ship to a small number of countries at this time due to suspension of their postal services. Please click here (external site) to check if your country is 'on suspension' as we will therefore be unable to ship your order.

Please bear in mind that orders may be subject to delays of the postal services that are outside of our control. 

If your tracking link shows 'sender preparing item' or 'sender despatching item', this actually means that your order has been collected by Royal Mail and entered into their network.

          Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the following countries for security or customs reasons:

          Albania, Brazil, Chile, India, Indonesia, Iran, Latvia, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, North Macedonia, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Switzerland, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates.

           

          Important Information 

          • While in our experience our delivery estimates are accurate the majority of the time, these timeframes are not a guarantee as orders can be delayed by factors outside of our control once the order has been dispatched. For example, items can be delayed by adverse weather conditions or by being held at customs. We always recommend ordering as early as possible if your order is required by a certain date.
          • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct - we are not responsible for orders that do not arrive or are lost due to an incorrect address. If your order requires reshipping due to it being returned to us for having an incorrect address a postage fee will be required (£3.50 UK/£6.95 international)
          • Please be aware that international orders placed to shipping addresses outside of the European Union may incur customs charges which are payable by the buyer. If you are unsure about customs charges in your country then please contact the relevant authority prior to purchase.
          • Please be aware that international orders placed to shipping addresses outside of the European Union will have a customs information label stating the specific contents of the package on the outside of the packaging as this is a legal requirement.
          • Please be aware for international orders that our postal service (Royal Mail) will pass your package to a different mail service within your country. All postal providers have different rules and regulations which we are unable to control. For example, they may require you to collect you package from a local office under certain circumstances. We advise that you regularly monitor the tracking information sent to you via your shipping confirmation email to ensure prompt receipt of your package.
